Stephen Adams
Chief Financial Officer
While Stephen Adams has extensive experience in a decade-long career in homebuilding, he actually began his professional life amongst the glitz and glamour of Hollywood representing actors, directors and screenwriters. But after earning his MBA from Arizona State University, Stephen embarked upon his career in building active retirement communities in Arizona so that he could, as he puts it, "provide people with a piece of the American dream, one home at a time." And that's all the glamour this dedicated husband needs.

Susan Williams
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Susan Williams likes to open things. Presents. Her mind. Even a good bottle of wine. But she especially likes to open successful master-planned active retirement communities in Arizona and she's been doing it for more than 15 years. Susan also likes to find things. Such as new homes for her customers, or time to spend with her wonderful family, especially her husband – who she met when they were both racing motocross some 30 years ago. So, apparently Susan likes to go fast, as well.

Ken Kulinowski
Vice President, Purchasing
With almost two decades in the business, Ken Kulinowski has been there, but that doesn't stop him from continuing to learn, like new ways to build better homes for his customers. Ken also likes helping his kids learn and grow and experience new things. But one thing this avid hockey player hasn't learned quite yet – OK, he's learned but refuses to accept it – it's tough to find ice in the desert.

Melissa Jones
Vice President Controller
Even though Melissa Jones has more than 24 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, she still finds something new and challenging to enjoy about her job each and every day. A true "Midwest girl" with deep roots in Illinois and Iowa, Melissa also finds something new and challenging to enjoy at her home every day – joining her husband in raising four great kids.

Dennis Palmer
VP Operations
The love of homebuilding seed was planted very early in life for Dennis. His Father, a journeyman carpenter, started taking Dennis to work with him when school breaks allowed when he was only 8 years old. And he's been building on those experiences every since – a successful 28 year career in construction operations management. A second generation Valley of the Sun native, Dennis has seen it all. From the growth of Phoenix as a sleepy little town to a booming metropolis, to, raising a family with his wonderful wife, and, thankfully, almost having his kids through college!

Cholla DePrez
Marketing Manager
Cholla DePrez is a fantastic marketing professional with expertise in interactive marketing and formal training in neighborhood planning and design (from studying in Europe, by the way), but she is just as apt to break into song as she is to break into a discussion of customer demographics. At least, that's what we hear from her husband and young daughter, who report that Cholla will make up a song about pretty much anything – making the bed, setting the table, maybe even finding a home in one of our active retirement communities in Arizona.

Doug Saracco
CantaMia Sales Center Manager
Doug's a testament that we can all be lots of things in life. A drummer for years in a successful rock and roll band, a senior contract administrator for the railroad, a contract and operations manager for three different private and public homebuilders – all while raising two successful children with his wife of over 30 years. When you don't find Doug making things "rock and roll" at CantaMia, you might find him out riding the open roads on his Harley, while he's "drumming up" new ideas on how to make your visit to our community even more fun.
