• 1st sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium
• 2st sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium + a $500 bonus
• 3rd sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium + a $1000 bonus
• 4th sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium + a $1500 bonus
• 5th sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium + a $2000 bonus
• 6th sale and closing = 3% of the base price and lot premium + a $3000 bonus

The bonus is paid at closing, not date of sales contract, and is per agent transaction, not office transaction.
