OK. Once you’ve completed your purchase of a particular Joseph Carl home, the real excitement can begin. Here are the typical steps you’ll travel from bare ground to Move-In Day.

  1. 1Design Studio Visit

    It all starts with your Interiors Appointment at the Design Studio. Here you’ll meet with specialists to assist you in selecting flooring, countertops, cabinets, appliances, lighting, home entertainment, security systems and networking. You may also have certain Exterior finish options, in keeping with association guidelines. We want your new home to be everything you envision.

  2. 2Option Finalization

    All of your options, including Design Studio selections, should be finalized within two weeks from contract. This enables us to assemble and finalize all the information our contractors will need for constructing your new home.

  3. 3Pre-Start Orientation

    You’ll meet with your Joseph Carl Homes Team Member responsible for supervising construction of your home – to review floorplan, homesite and optional features and ensure that our construction documents correctly reflect all your selections. Once accomplished, these documents can be sent on to our trade contractors. Construction can now begin.

  4. 4Pre-Drywall Orientation

    Again, you will meet with your Joseph Carl Homes Team Member, who will walk you through your home at frame stage to review progress and ensure everything you’ve selected has been properly installed and located. This is also an opportunity for you to view the many fine-quality features included within the walls of your new Joseph Carl home.

  5. 5Pre-Closing Orientation

    Your Joseph Carl Homes Team Member will provide a thorough introduction and orientation to your now-completed new home, making sure you understand all the operational features and maintenance procedures that will provide you a safe, comforable and relaxing lifestyle in your new home.

  6. 6Closing

    The title company will prepare all the closing documents and thoroughly answer any questions you might have concerning the settlement and transfer of ownership.

  7. 7Customer Service

    Welcome to the family. As an Joseph Carl Homes homeowner, you now have the advantage of our Service on Demand program – access to prompt and friendly service to take care of any warranty items needing attention. Since we also know how busy you are, we'll pre-schedule a performance review visit to your new home within 30 days of contract closing.
